What services do we offer?

Smallwood House provides a free and confidential service to young people under 21 only . You will not be judged in any way and your concerns will always be dealt with in a sensitive manner.

All methods of contraception are available - condoms, pills, injections, implants, coils, emergency contraception, pregnancy testing and sexual health advice. Limited screening for Sexually Transmitted Infections (including Chlamydia) is available.

From Redditch ring road Leave at access 7 signed health centre. Follow road bending to the left come to T junction (opposite the bus garage with large green doors). Turn right into Church Road then Left on Church Green West. Smallwood House is the second building on the left.

When are we open?

Thursday Walk-in under 21s only 15:30 – 18:00

Saturday walk-in clinic for under 21's only 10:00 - 12:30 (open: 2nd, 9th, 16th February and 2nd March 2019) 

These walk-in clinic are for under 21’s only, anyone over 21 can access an appointment or advice at Arrowside Unit so please refer to the Arrowside section for clinic times or ring:
01527 516398.

Please be aware we may not be able to see you on the day and may ask you to see your GP, A&E or suggest you access testing online via sh24.org.uk.   

Please ring 01527 516398 and ask to speak to a Health Adviser if you would like to discuss your symptoms or concerns

Emergency contraception can be obtained from local pharmacies.
